Automatic Hot Jar Filling Line AJF-5H
Automatic 5 Head Hot Jar filling line with the speed compatibility of 120 Jars/minute. It has the provision of filling the jars simultaneously in two lanes. There are two separate unscramblers, each for each lane. All contact parts are in Stainless Steel 316.
No jar no fill and it will also not precede with the filling system until all five jars are in place. Machine is equipped with 60 liter jacketed hopper. Filling head block and hopper both are electrically heated. Machine is incorporated with emergency blow off in case of stoppage.
